PLACEMENT
Be specific to which ‘side' of the body.
When referencing a side it is from your perspective (not when somebody is facing you). Ie: Your LEFT outer forearm, RIGHT inner forearm, LEFT outer thigh


PLACEMENT PHOTOS
This is for skin analysis and design purposes
- Have someone take a ‘STRAIGHT ON’ and ‘CLEAR’ photo of the area, inclusive of existing tattoos if you have any
- Have the photo taken from a distance of 50 cm’s
- DO NOT attempt to take these photos yourself
- Please send an email to becks@markedbybecks.com after you have submitted your form, attaching your placement photos

HEALTH
Please list any skin or medical conditions, medications or supplements which may interfere with the tattoo or healing process.


AVAILABILITY
I work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + Saturday. Be mindful that Saturdays are heavily sought after
